Will you automatically renew my subscriptions?
We will never automatically renew your magazine subscription.
The only way for you to renew your subscription through us is if you went to our site and purchased your magazine as a renewal.
The only time we charge a customer's credit card is on the day they made their purchase.
We do not retain any of the credit card information after you have made your purchase.


Do you deliver outside of the U.S.?
Unfortunately we are not able to deliver magazines outside the U.S. at this time.


Can I send gift subscriptions?
Yes you can, just ensure you specify the recipients address as the ship to address in the checkout process.
And remember, a magazine subscription makes a great suprise gift at any time of the year!


When will I start receiving my magazines?
Usually you need to allow between 10 and 12 weeks for your first issue to arrive.
This time frame is the industry standard, and can vary from publisher to publisher.
Magazines which are published more frequently tend to arrive quicker.

What is your policy on cancellations?
If you're not completely satisfied with your subscription, we are more than willing to work to resolve the issue.
usually we can refund you for any undelivered magazines and cancel your subscription.
In rare cases this is not possible in which case and we will work with you to ensure you are completely satisfied.

The easiest way to do this is to contact the publisher directly.

There is an error in my order, what should I do?
Please contact us and let us know exactly what the issue is.
